Very expensive compared to another popular application (3 times more expensive), and what are the advantages - is not clear, give at least a week without paying. In the end, I do not know how the meditations themselves, I did not get to them. *The trial period for 1p. - I was not offered it or it was not obvious when I chose the plan. I was offered only 1 month and 6 months with full payment + 7 days "as a gift", but I want to understand the essence before full payment.

For beginners will do just fine. After 5 lessons I can already turn off my thoughts and concentrate only on breathing and sensations. There are a lot of interesting courses for further practice and therefore it would be cool to add a "favorite" function, so as not to start the course, and put the interested in a separate tab and not look again.

Or vice versa, now another button is active and it means another time?

In general, the application is good, I was pleased with the sound quality and the fact that there are different versions of the voiceover. The only thing is that the meditations themselves are very few and rarely added. I would also like more meditations on visualization. I have paid for half a year at the moment, but if meditations are not added particularly, or they are added little, then the app will exhaust itself in half a year and there will be no point in prolonging it.

Love Prosto and have been using it for two years now! The only thing I do not like - terribly inconvenient to search for the desired course (especially in music), you have to flip through one by one to the end and if the desired course is the last, it takes a long time. Much more convenient and logical would be to put them in squares, to be visible at once a large number (in fact, as done at the stage of selecting the desired section of meditation on the topics). And also do not really like the main menu that there is no selection of binarual music separately.
