Ich habe gerade mein erstes Wall-Workout absolviert und muss sagen, dass ich ein bisschen enttäuscht bin. Erstens sollte zwischen den einzelnen Übungen ein 3-Sekunden-Zähler eingefügt werden, damit man sich in die richtige Position bringen kann. Vor allem, weil man vom Liegen auf dem Rücken zum Stehen an der Wand und zurück springen muss. Man sollte stattdessen ein paar Sätze in einer ähnlichen Position und dann ein paar Sätze in einer anderen Position machen. Ich werde damit weitermachen, aber es fühlt sich einfach überstürzt an.
