Offenbar denken sie, wenn Ihre Kinder ein H-Band haben, müssen sie auch ein Telefon haben. Es gibt nur ein Profil oder ein Band, das mit dieser App gekoppelt werden kann. Ich habe mehrere Kinder mit Bändern und muss jedes Mal, wenn ich die Einstellungen ändern muss, eines entfernen und eines hinzufügen. Die App funktioniert nur mit aktivierten Ortungsdiensten, was mich auch stört. Es gibt nur 5 Hintergründe, zwischen denen man wählen kann. Die Alarme oder Timer müssen in der App eingestellt werden und können nicht mit dem Band selbst geändert werden.

Ich kann dieses Gerät nicht koppeln. Die letzte Kopplung fand am 29.12. statt. Ich habe beide Geräte, Telefon und Band, neu gestartet. Kein Erfolg. Keine Kontaktinformationen oder Unterstützung im Handbuch. Das Gerät hat nicht alle Funktionen, die in der Anleitung angegeben sind. Wird an amazon zurückgeschickt!
