Ich liebe diese App, ich kann trainieren, wann und wo ich will. Die Workouts sind nicht sehr lang (15-20 Min.) und man kann zwischen Anfänger, Mittelstufe und Fortgeschrittene wählen. Zwischen jeder Übung gibt es 20-30 Sekunden Pause, aber man kann die Pause auch überspringen, wenn man nicht so viel Zeit braucht, um in die nächste Position zu kommen. Ich merke, dass ich in der Mitte etwas abnehme, was meine Problemzone ist. Ich liebe diese App wirklich.
